Sunset Rugs does not do a cash refund. Every item at Sunset Rugs is individually hand made. We are happy to incorporate a customers measurements, but if those measurements are incorrect and the item does not fit correctly we will not exchange those goods. Specialty made items such as chaps, where the customer is providing all the measurements will not be exchanged if the item does not fit correctly.
All show products are only suitable for use at the show, they are not suitable for any other use.
All products purchased off Sunset Rugs should be thoroughly inspected before use. If a customer feels there is a manufacturing defect, the customer must notify Sunset Rugs within seven days of receiving the goods to report the defect. The goods need to be returned to Sunset Rugs in new condition with the original packaging at which point if it is agreed by Sunset Rugs there is a manufacturing defect the goods will be repaired or replaced. We are happy to help with any advice on how to measure your horse so you can achieve the correct fit of your rugs.
At Sunset Rugs we use the best canvas available to us but we do not manufacture the canvas, therefore if there is a warranty issue regarding the canvas itself, all inquiries would have to go to the manufacturer who are Wax Convertors and they would then decide any further action.
PLEASE NOTE POSTAGE COST FOR RETURNS SENT TO US AND FROM US BACK WILL TO THE CUSTOMER BE PAID FOR BY THE CUSTOMER AND NOT SUNSET RUGS.
